We dealt with some of this in [1]. Is the ODRL Info Model unimplementable? If so, then please indicate the technical reasons. If this is related to the use of UML, then note that other W3C specs use UML for their Data Model (eg [2]). And this is consistent with the scope of this group; "define an abstract information model that is then realized in a variety of mappings and serializations.” [3] Renato Iannella, Monegraph Co-Chair, W3C Permissions & Obligations Expression (POE) Working Group [1] https://github.com/w3c/poe/issues/104 <https://github.com/w3c/poe/issues/104> [ <https://github.com/w3c/poe/issues/104>2] https://www.w3.org/TR/prov-dm/ <https://www.w3.org/TR/prov-dm/> [3] https://www.w3.org/2016/poe/charter#scope <https://www.w3.org/2016/poe/charter#scope>
