are the calls set/considered to be defined and fixed in GMT, or in one of the 'movable' timezones like Boston, London, Paris, etc. Because if it is a GMT, then we may have to move these twice a year…

I realize this is not obvious. If people are coming primarily from US and Europe, then it is worth fixing it to, say, London, meaning that the timing is fixed except for the period when DST changes asynchronously. I must admit I am not sure how Australia fits into this picture, though, I am afraid it complicates things…
