Welcome to POE

Dear all, on behalf of my co-chair, Ben Whittam Smith (Thomson Reuters), and Phil Archer (W3C Team Contact), welcome to the Permissions & Obligations Expression (POE) Working Group.

Please note the main Wiki page [1] for our WG, and our charter [2] outlining the deliverables and milestones.

To kick start the group, we plan to have our first teleconference [3] call this Thursday 17 March at Noon (GMT).

However, we are still determining the final and preferred day/time for the weekly call, so please fill out this poll [4] with your preferences.
