We have identified an issue with time periods: https://github.com/w3c/poe/issues/118 <https://github.com/w3c/poe/issues/118> Our proposal would be to only use dateTime for explicit dates (not periods). In the case of LCP, start and end dates would use odrl:dateTime with the “odrl:gteq” and “odrl:lteq” operators.
