iherman has just labeled a pull request from iherman for https://github.com/w3c/poe as "Editorial": == Modified the config files as a preparation to CR == I have - added the missing items to the config file for a CR: CR end dates, implementation report URI. These should be finalized when the dates are settled. - the 'CR' is commented out in favour of 'ED', and the publish dates are commented for now - the index.html files have also been modified, adding the `defer` attribute to the respec link.
