Note on a detail: 
- the non-normative chapter 1 talks explicitly about "digital content"
 as the thing permissions and obligations are about ...
- while the normative chapter 3.2 doesn't use the constraining 
"digital", it defines "_The Asset entity can be any form of 
identifiable resource_". Based on this definition: is it ok or not ok 
to permit the display of the Nefertiti Bust 
(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nefertiti_Bust) - it definitely has the
 unique id 21300 by the museum - by an ODRL policy?
