Congratulations, everyone! PNG Third Edition is now a W3C Recommendation <https://www.w3.org/TR/png-3/> . I appreciate all your hard work on it. It took a lot to dust off a 20-year-old spec and drum up enough interest across various industries to make this happen. Without your expertise and effort, I don't think it would have happened. I'm glad we accomplished this. I wrote a post to announce PNG Third Edition's updates <https://www.programmax.net/articles/png-is-back/>. Feel free to link it to others if you want. I designed it to be very accessible, so an average person could understand it. As such, I took some liberties like showing HDR primaries without explaining wide color gamut and transfer functions. For a more technical article & audience, Chris Lilley wrote an excellent post on the cICP chunk <https://svgees.us/blog/cICP.html>. Thank you, and congratulations.
