new PNG conformance files added to repository

Hi All,

I’ve updated the chunk and PNG conformance files with mDCV and cLLI unsafe to copy syntax fixed.

They are located here:

There are TIFF files with ICC CICP Tags, MXF Files with Picture Essence Descriptors (mimic CICP function), QuickTime NCLC Atoms (contains CICP index values).
