I'm not sure if we have a private, WG-only mailing list. If not, we can
email drafts to each member of the WG
<https://www.w3.org/groups/wg/png/participants/>. It is a bit tedious but
perhaps there aren't many drafts?
However, for W3C to use the ISO spec at all, it would need to be public,
right? Are only the drafts private? Will the final publication be freely
available?
