[PNG] Meeting minutes - Jun 10th, 2024

Attached is a PDF of the meeting minutes from Jun 10th, 2024.

Attendance was a problem. I know one person was on a flight and another had
an event.
Our current meeting time is inconvenient for both Europe and California. It
was chosen in an effort to be inclusive for both. Should we reconsider and
find a new time?

Executive summary:

   - Once the 'Changes' section is updated (pull request out and ready), we
   will gather consensus for a new Candidate Recommendation snapshot which
   will be submitted as a Proposed Recommendation.
   - Refreshed ISO 21496-1 (gainmaps) interest

Our next meeting is Jun 24th, 2024.
