Good to know, but they haven't told us that so I was unaware of the 
specifics.

I have asked for travel authorization for that meeting but don't yet 
know if W3C will give me the budget to attend.

Certainly it should not be added to any spec before that meeting, but I 
wouldn't want to pause all discussion until then.
