 4. Notes:
      * Link checker thinks two links to acm.org are 403 Forbidden, but
        they are not (only to robots).
      * Style checker is concerned by the use of the word "master".
        However the terms "mastering display" and "single master" are
        technical terms used by other standards organizations (ITU,
        SMPTE) and we can't change the names of their standards.
