There are two bug fixes that are needed: Pixelmator/Photomator * SDR tagged files are exporting with 601 color space tags * HLG files are exporting as PQ Affinity Photo * Exporting all files that are HDR with a value of 22 for transfer function. I expect these bugs to be fixed in a few days. Keep in mind that they’ve added support for us literally in 3 days 😊. Do you happen to have one of these HEIC files that I could take a closer look at? Color info in HEIF should be added at the container level in the form of a `colr` box, not as elementary stream signaling. Some parsers may look at the elementary stream if the container is not providing explicit signaling, but this is not guaranteed. In fact MIAF (which is a subset of HEIF defined to have good portability) explicitly tells parsers to ignore elementary stream signaling. Thanks! //Leo Both Affinity Photo, Photomator and other MacOS apps do not respect the full-range flags. I’m working with vendors to respect the flags and scaling factor into floating point for In/Out. Currently all of the apps are always exporting a full-range flag. -Chris Seeger
