Color info in HEIF should be added at the container level in the form of a `colr` box, not as elementary stream signaling. Some parsers may look at the elementary stream if the container is not providing explicit signaling, but this is not guaranteed. In fact MIAF (which is a subset of HEIF defined to have good portability) explicitly tells parsers to ignore elementary stream signaling.
