[PNG] Skip Aug 22nd meeting?

Hello everyone,

I reviewed the GitHub issues to find what is blocking progress and what
needs discussion.
The only issues left to discuss at the moment are:

   - GitHub issue #97, Natural image resolution, CSS. webcompat, and pHYs
   <https://github.com/w3c/PNG-spec/issues/97> [1]
   - Last meeting, I said I would research more so we could decide about
   trailing bytes

The first issue could warrant discussion. But from the GitHub issue
discussion it sounds like the action needed is to simply add a note to the
spec.

For the second issue, my concern was multiple compression streams in an
image. But I was incorrect about that. It is one stream with restart
markers in it. In either case, unused trailing bytes are common. We can add
a note to discourage it in encoders but mention it is common enough that it
should be supported by decoders.


I don't think these things justify a meeting.
So unless there are objections, let's skip the Aug 22nd meeting.
