[Slightly off topic] F2F plans?

I am looking at hotel stays for the F2F, leaning toward Moxy since it is
close. I will also be around for the weekend after the event (I fly out on
the 7th from Nice). Two questions:

1. How is the Moxy? Has anyone stayed here or nearby who may have
preferences?

2. Is anyone else going to be around for the weekend? I am looking for
things to do on my extra days. Is this a good hub to explore from or will I
regret not moving to another location?

Sorry for posting to the public list, I don't seem to have access to the
