The APA Working Group will continue to review technology to ensure supports exist to make web content accessible to people with disabilities, and to produce materials to help technology developers learn how to address accessibility use cases from the start. In addition, the APA Working Group, in collaboration with the WAI Interest Group, will take on some research activities formerly conducted by the Research and Development Working Group. In response to comments and objections, the scope was organized into clear categories, more concrete success criteria provided, milestones updated, dependency to the WAI Interest Group added, and the decision policy clarified. In addition, the updated charter removed a note about the ARIA and APA Working Groups potentially recombining.
