Hi James,

Could you confirm that the AXAPI mapping for aria-owns involves an 
AXOwns array and not an AXLinkedUIElements array?  The current mapping 
specifies the latter; see:
http://w3c.github.io/aria/core-aam/core-aam.html#ariaOwns

But, a while back, I was using the OS X Accessibility Inspector and 
noticed that the AXLinkedUIELements array was empty, and there was a 
AXOwns array providing the information.  I raised ISSUE-703 and assigned 
you ACTION-1349.
