Updated slider example for APG discussion

I have updated the slider example for the authoring practices guide (APG) and included some META information that hopefully we can discuss on the call today.

Unfortunately I have been sick for the last 5 days and have a Doctor's appointment during the call time so if Matt cannot make it we will need to cancel the call.
