ARIA role switch should say how to handle invalid mixed value

ARIA spec says for switch role:

The mixed value is not supported, and user agents *MUST* treat a mixed
value as equivalent to false for this role.

Instead it should say that mixed value is invalid. UAIG will handle the
rest.
