For example, in the aria spec, the following two permalinks are to the section and the header for that section: - http://www.w3.org/TR/wai-aria-1.1/#target-audience - http://www.w3.org/TR/wai-aria-1.1/#h-target-audience The first link IDREF is added by the document editors.
