[ARIA] FYI: aria-placeholder added to spec

Hi all.

As per today's ARIA concall, I've made the agreed-upon changes to the
new aria-placeholder and committed the feature to the master branch of
the spec: https://rawgit.com/w3c/aria/master/aria/aria.html#aria-placeholder

Discussion about name-calculation and mappings and the like may now
resume. <grins> Jokes aside, thank you for letting me interrupt that
discussion so that we could focus on the spec text.
