Re: Question from PF about CSS Device Adaptation spec

It's probably worth having PF or UAAG raise this as a potential accessibility issue. The CSS "user-zoom" property does not appear to be implemented yet and I do not see a bug for it on WebKit.org, but there are similar UI zoom control features implemented as meta viewport. Arguably a CSS variant is more accessible than viewport because a user can override it with a user style sheet, but the accessibility concern should be noted and accounted for in the CSS spec.
