It's the modus operandi for HTML-WG, for example. However, it would be a major cultural change for PF. Personally, I don't agree that it would be positive for PF. In my experience, we get much more done when we talk to each other. Furthermore, it's my experience we have many more misunderstandings via etext alone. Janina
