RE: 48-Hour Call for Consensus (CfC); Keep Longdesc Independent

I support this CfC given that it has extensive support from most screen
readers today. Hopefully the continued progress of this extension spec will
encourage those screen readers that still do not support this decade+
attribute to do the right thing (I'm looking at you VoiceOver...)
