A11Y coordination of APIs etc. with Mobile

I had an action from the meeting last week to try to enlist the Mobile
folks within the W3C.  This activity is the "Web and Mobile Interest Group"
or WebMob.  I have requested Invited Expert status to the group so that I
can liaise with them more effectively.  You can review their information at
http://www.w3.org/Mobile/IG/

It is my impression that this is an important place for PF to work, and
also that it is likely there will be API level work here where A11Y must be
taken into consideration.
