UAIG Test files all in place

All the test files for the defined UAIG are now created. Any test runs
that didn't catch test tests because the test files weren't there, can
now go back to complete them.

As always, I don't warrant that the test files are correct. It pushed my
script knowledge to create these, and I could have made mistakes. Test
92 in particular might have some oddities but should work for the exact
instructions provided - clicking on the first option, then
shift-clicking on the third.
