test harness

Michael,

I just finished installing Windows SDK, IE 11, and numerous patches to test
IE 11 only to find out that I cannot access any test files in the test
harness as it says my user name and password are no longer valid. I can
access everything else on PF but this portion of the test harness.

Please correct ASAP.
