Hi, The first result in a search for "Media Accessibility User Requirements" was <http://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/media-a11y-reqs/> It seems out of date. Also, on the page, the link for Latest published version: <http://www.w3.org/TR/media-a11y-reqs/> gives a 404.
