Document: WAI-ARIA 1.0 Authoring Practices Working Draft 7 March 2013 Part: 3.3. Making a Dialog Modal (modal_dialog) I have sometimes seen modal dialogs, which can (additionally to a close button) be closed by clicking outside of the the dialog box. To me this seems very usable, because i don't have to point the mouse to the button, but can quickly close the dialog by clicking "anywhere". Is this really so problematic regarding accessibility, that this feature is not mentioned in the Best Practices?
