Hi Anne - I apologize. My mail client delivered your responses in a
fashion that they didn't hit my attention to bring to the group for
processing. That was completely my error. We will process those
responses as soon as possible. Because these are "responses to
responses" we may or may not have formal follow-up, but we will
certainly have your concerns on the record, and we will strive to find
ways to address your concerns. Because of other events at this time it
may take two or three weeks for us to get to that. Michael
