Section 2, step 3 "There for all functions should be contained within the toolbar" should be "Therefore, all functions should be contained within the toolbar" though it might read better either without the "therefore", or as a semi-colon addition to the previous sentence. "A toolbar is a collection of common functions made available to the user; therefore all functions should be contained within the toolbar. " -jJ
