Hello all,
I have tweaked the extension to produce the attached rendering, with boxes. Some artefacts include:
* Symbols are not the same size/shape, but they do at least all appear to be the same height.
* Sometimes there is a 'double thick border' because two symbols are right next to each other. It is visually distracting, but I don't think key to our issue here :-).
I'll run this past our in-house expert still, as discussed, but thought I'd send this to the list in parallel. Let me know what you think.
