Re: Joint Mtg COGA & Personalization

Yeah I figured it out, that the Join button finally appeared exactly when the meeting started. (Watching the agenda in irc as I am in an overlapping meeting at this time.)

Seems very odd, because other TPAC meetings I got the zoom link ahead of time in my calendar when I added a meeting from the TPAC website.

Seems like some meetings provide the links ahead of time and others don't until the exact time of the meeting.  This needs to be more consistent.
Maybe its meeting with community groups which behave differently but this in my opinion is a real mess.
