In this table under: Column "Current Spec" / Row "Help Button"
The example is:

I don't see this in the current list of values in our Spec.

Also why wouldn't
Contact telephone number (content)  / "Current Spec"

Currently
(out of scope)

Instead be

<p purpose="tel">
