Hi Lisa,

Yes, we agree that the reference numbers can be used in keeping with the 
w3c patent policy. If attribution can be made in the document, that 
would be great, otherwise I guess we can include it at the license url.

For a stable url, would something like 
http://blissymbolics.org/w3c-license 
<http://blissymbolics.org/index.php/licensing> work? Have I understood 
you correctly?
