Re: Request to add paypak in card network identifiers

Thanks alot on having it added , Just a suggestion this document should also contain details on what bin ranges a card network owns , Right now on one browser bin owned by Paypak had been erroneously being tagged as troy i understand that it may be due to some  miscommunication but as a custodian of the card network identifier document a simple validation of card network ownership from ABA and then the bin range as an appendix of this  will help implementers alot.

Please note that this does not guarantee any particular implementation support, but of course we hope to see that.
