Dear Web Payments WG,

To help code-a-thon [1] participants get demos and proofs of concept quickly up and running, the Chrome Team has created a Web-based Payment Handler Starter Kit:

Feedback and help with the starter kit are very welcome!

As a reminder, the code-a-thon is schedule for 26-28 May. We will discuss it again at our 14 May call [2].
