[Agenda] 13 November Card Payment Security Task Force

Dear Card Payment Security Task Force,

Here is our agenda for 13 November:

 * During TPAC there were several discussions about user experience expectations for SRC. Since then, through
   various conversations, I have started a document to try to capture assumptions and requirements for the user
   experience:
      https://github.com/w3c/src/wiki/UX-Assumptions-and-Requirements

   I would like to review that document during the call. 

   I anticipate this will inform discussion about the ultimate shape of the SRC experience through Payment Request.
