Dear Web Payments WG, Many thanks to those who reviewed the draft WPWG charter and responded to the Call for Consensus. Based on suggestions from Mozilla and Airbnb, I have updated the charter: https://www.w3.org/Payments/WG/charter-201910.html And diff: https://www.w3.org/Payments/WG/charter-201910-diff.html There were three changes since the start of the Call for Consensus [1]: - In 1.1: Addition of a Note to the description of Payment Handler API, based on Mozilla’s suggestion. - In 1.3: Addition of a “new topic” on previously stored instruments, based on Airbnb’s suggestion. - In 2.1: Fixed bug by removing reference to “modal window” spec (now addressed in the new Note in 1.1) If you have any concerns about these changes, please let me know by Monday, 11 November at noon ET. If there are no objections to these changes from those who reviewed the charter, I anticipate the Chairs will announce a positive decision to the Call for Consensus. Thank you, Ian [1] https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-payments-wg/2019Oct/0021.html -- Ian Jacobs <ij@w3.org> https://www.w3.org/People/Jacobs/ Tel: +1 718 260 9447
