* Changes to the spec since 20 June:

  - Autopublishing enabled!
  - Added Rouslan Solomakhin and Jinho Bang as co-editors
  - Permission request mechanism added (address issue 94).

    QUESTION: Can we close issue 94?

  - Adopted a new pattern regarding how promises are returned.
  - PaymentRequestEvent.total changed to PaymentCurrencyAmount
    (closed issue 179)

* Issue 178: Default handler icon.

* Remove PaymentWallet concept from spec?

  Zach and Marcos indicated they would prefer that we drop the Wallet
  concept from the specification:
