I would counter-propose that we establish criteria for creating a short 
name for a card scheme before we add any more. There are very many 
domestic card schemes in the world as well as white-labels, store cards 
and others. I am concerned about maintenance, security and fairness here. 
FWIW my preference is for no short names at all.
