[Minutes] 16 June WPWG teleconference

Summary:

 * We reviewed the FTF meeting agenda and reminded people to register.  There was some discussion of guests; please
   contact Ian regarding guests.

 * We discussed AHB’s recent triage and noted that in some cases issues were closed without rationale or pointers. The Chairs
   and Team contacts plan to review that list and provide additional information that was missing. There was also a request to ensure
   that postponed issues are marked as postponed (rather than closed).

 * Issue 215: Resolved to drop Total from payment response

 * Issue 3: Resolved to not add further support for multiple totals per payment instrument in v1 of payment request API.
