This proposal was RESOLVED (more due to a lack of opposition than overwhelming support) in the 28 January meeting but was revised to include an explicit delivery date for the HTTP API.

The resolution that was passed is:

**Postpone release of an HTTP API FPWD until 1 June 2016**
