Re: [paymentrequest] Write-up proposal for shipping address fields (#28)

The current schema.org/PostalAddress is not suitable as-is, it's missing several fields that are required in certain countries so would have to be modified (per Rouslan's comment, it's very western centric). I am happy with OASIS xAL.
