@bmayd - thanks for the suggestion. Splitting out "Purpose Limitation" and "Privacy" makes sense to me, as "Purpose Limitation" isn't de facto private. I don't think we can drop Privacy entirely though. I'm less use about adding "Verifiable Input" and "Auditability". "Verifiable Input" seems like a tactic for achieving correctness, and "Auditability" seems like a tactic for trusting that a system is purpose limited.
