dmarti has just created a new issue for https://github.com/patcg/private-measurement: == Feature Discussion: High Risk Contexts == A related proposal from the Anti-Fraud CG is [Anti-Fraud Safelist](https://github.com/antifraudcg/proposals/issues/4). A site would be able to request that a page be treated as a "high-risk context" for purposes of fraud countermeasures. If a page is a high-risk context, user acfions on that page would not be subject to conversion tracking.
