Today's meeting made a broad unsupported assertion on the topic that consent and notice is not adequate and I also wanted to learn more about the premise behind this assertion. Responding with a list of sources -- no fewer of four of which literally use notice and consent themselves in presenting the information -- and then comparing the asking of a reasonable question to climate change feels like a poor approach to starting a productive conversation. I'd love to learn more about what _would_ be considered sufficient, but I also don't want to be vilified for asking the question. -- GitHub Notification of comment by Furchin Please view or discuss this issue at https://github.com/patcg/proposals/issues/5#issuecomment-1034471913 using your GitHub account -- Sent via github-notify-ml as configured in https://github.com/w3c/github-notify-ml-config
