Without taking a position on how time should be allocated between proposals, I would like to ask that we minimize the amount of time for each presentation as opposed to discussion. Can we keep them to 30 minutes max and hopefully 20 less. These presentations should focus on the problem people are trying to solve, the general approach they are using, known issues and open questions. It's not necessary or desirable to have a lot of technical detail at this stage, except to the extent to which it informs that discussion.
