In the original basedataschema, it says:
<DATA-STRUCT name="date.hms.minute"
    short-description="Minute"/>
In the version you've sent, it says:
<DATA-STRUCT name="date.hms.minute"
    short-description="Minutes"/>
So you used plural. Does that have any meaning and doesn't break that 
the compatibility? What should I add?
